I would like to start with Steve. Steve and the entire Visionomics team were amazing. He has always made us feel comfortable and been a great teacher. I feel like Steve treated our business like it was his own He never made us feel inadequate, even though we basically were. The Visionomics team spent the time training us on some very valuable business principles and implement them. I really believe this will keep our business profitable for the long haul. I truly don't think we could have asked for a better team for the job.
Our company was started in late 2008. We had $1000 and a will to build a business. We did build that business. However, my management skills were not sufficient to manage what the business had grown into. I was literally working 100+ hours a week and felt like I was on a hamster wheel. I also didn't have the time to take care of the finances like it should be done. I was ready to sell and walk away.
