However, it is a crucial 1st step to get a clear picture of how all the parts of your business need to be integrated together like a purpose-built machine, designed from the ground up to achieve your business objectives.
Instead of paying tens of thousands of dollars to have a consultant come in and teach you this piece by piece over months or years, we offer 4 hour group seminars in regions near you. All of our attendees come to the seminars with different levels of business education, from MBA’s to really smart guys who never went to college or studied business but boot strapped a solid business into existence despite the odds against them.

Teaching can only take you so far, all the knowledge in the world is not useful without implementation. The bulk of the services that we provide for our clients are actual implementation. In the Seminar you learn how all the pieces of your business need to be integrated together to reverse engineer your goals, your income level, and your quality of life into your business-of-doing-business activities. In the Onsite Diagnostic phase, we work closely with you to identify your specific wants and needs, as well as identifying what gears you have in your business gearbox that are helping you towards your goals, what gears might be there already but aren’t working the way you want, and what gears are missing that will help you achieve your goals faster and easier. When appreciate and useful we then move into the planning and implementation phase. Step one is to plan everything out so that implementation proceeds in an orderly structured way, that is not unduly to your business financially, with your employee relationships, with your client relationships, and with your work product. Transforming a business into a purpose-built machine can be disruptive, its mission critical to define a turn-by-turn road map of HOW to make the improvements you want without being disruptive to your most important relationships, your business finances, and your quality of life. During the two-day project planning phase, we create a close ended scope of work; because you never want to go into something like this with an open scope of work. During the project planning phase we also figure how to fund everything that needs funded while we make the improvements, regardless of your business’s financial landscape. Half our projects are easy to fund, in the other half we arrive after 8 things have gone wrong at once and we have to figure out how to keep the doors open in addition to getting ourselves paid. The next step after our seminars, should you opt into it, is to have an experienced Senior Business Analyst come to your business for a day and half and assess your specific wants and needs, as well as your businesses financial landscape, staffing landscape, and the existing systems and tools you have in place and come up with a specific set of recommendations for implementation tailored to your specific wants and needs. This step is as much about the business owner as it is about your business. If your business were an ongoing construction project, and you are trying to build your dream house, the Senior Business Analyst role is to understand what you want in your dream house, and then understand what you need in your dreamhouse, and have the technical knowledge to walk you through how to marry together what you want and what you need into a functional doable version of your dreamhouse.

We condense the consulting phase down to as little as half a day, saving you months of time and tens of thousands of dollars. We plan the buildout of the systems and processes needed to achieve your objectives in a way that works within the cash constraints of your business and your specific set of goals. Which further saves you time and money. Then we really separate ourselves from the competition. We put staff onsite for a close-ended scope of work, with a close-ended cost and a fixed ROI and flexible funding methodologies, that do the actual implementation for you soup to nuts.
